Summer Cascade River Birch
Betula nigra Summer Cascade®
Description
The Betula nigra Summer Cascade® or Summer Cascade River Birch has a very graceful dense habit thanks to its strongly arched branches that fall like a waterfall to the ground, and its foliage of a beautiful bright green. Its beige bark exfoliates in pink and orange shreds.
The Betula nigra Summer Cascade® is a must have in landscaped gardens because its magnificent deciduous foliage is tinged with yellow and gold in autumn and its pretty, very compact weeping habit makes it the centerpiece of the gardens.
