Description
The Pieris Japonica Debutante or Japanese andromeda Débutante is a small shrub with dark green evergreen foliage and pinkish young shoots, it has a compact ball-shaped habit. The abundant flowering of this variety is white grouped in dense panicles.
The Pieris Japonica Debutante prefers partial shade and should be planted in acidic, humus soil. Very resistant, it supports temperatures down to -25 ° C.
It mixes very well with other varieties of Andromeda, Azaleas, Rhododendron and Japanese Maple in beds of heather earth or rock gardens.
