Description
The Dwarf purple osier is a small, deciduous shrub with a compact, ball-shaped habit.
Its foliage is a beautiful bluish color with a silvery back then turning red in autumn, its fine branches are purple and shiny, an additional attraction in winter when they are clearly visible.
The stems of the Salix Purpurea Nana are used in basketry.
