Cornus controversa
Description
The Cornus controversa is a small tree recognizable by its horizontal branches and smooth trunk, it blooms in early summer in large corymbs of creamy white color about 15 cm in diameter.
Its deciduous foliage is shiny dark green, with the arrival of autumn a multitude of small dark blue decorative berries appear, while the foliage becomes purple.
When winter is installed we will notice in the garden the red branches of the Cornus controversa, they turn gray with time.
The Cornus controversa is suitable for the small garden, it will enjoy a sunny place in a rich and fresh soil.
