Description
The lagerstroemia flowers from June to October in large terminal panicles of 20 to 25 cm with the crushed petals of bright color, these grow on the shoots of the year.
The Crape myrtle is a beautiful shrub with a compact, rounded port.
It can form a small tree or be driven on a stem.
Its foliage is green and is colored yellow and then red in autumn, its bark is smooth and very decorative.
If it can withstand the cold very well, it is advisable to return it winter in the coldest regions so that it can bloom well in the summer.
Interestingly mixed with other Lagerstroemia in shruberry and flowery hedge, maybe also form bonsai.
