This yellowish white root horseradish is a condiment, excellent shredded with fresh cream, salt and vinegar, also called "mustard of the monks" It is the European cousin of Japanese Wasabi.
This plant is perennial, you can take the roots according to your needs, its culture is easy it is enough to sow directly in earth from March to June to a depth of 2 to 3 cm.
