Description
Mustard Spinach or Japanese Mustard. A fast growing leaf-cabbage, with fresh mustard taste.
The plant is full of calcium.
Sow from beginning of May until beginning of September.
For use as spinach or salad, thin out 5 cm apart, 25 cm between rows.
A more mature crop is preferable for stir frying and should be thinned out 10 cm apart with 25 cm between rows.
