The Topaz apple tree, also called Red Topaz apple tree is a very productive fruit tree and is one of the most robust, with a quick fruit set and little alternation that will measure 3 to 4 meters in adulthood.

Its flowering begins in April, self fertile, it will produce in good quantity of tasty red fruits, slightly flattened forms, whose harvest will be from late September until October. It is an excellent pollinator for other varieties of apple trees.

Topaz apple, which can be kept very well, is an apple knife but it can also be used in pastry. Rich in vitamin C, it has a firm, crisp and juicy flesh, and a sweet and tart flavor with pronounced aromas.

Malus Domestica Topaz is a low susceptibility to scab and resistant to scab, not requiring phytosanitary treatment which makes it very interesting in organic farming.

Our plans are grafted in low stem on an MM111 rootstock to adapt to small orchards and facilitate their maintenance and harvest.
