This apple tree is adorned with beautiful apples about 8 cm in diameter with shades ranging from yellow to bright red. The Malus domestica Belle de Boskoop produces fruit that tastes like the soil with its juicy, sweet and tangy flesh. Neither too crunchy nor too grainy, Belle de Boskoop apples are perfect for cooking to make compotes, pies or traditionally in the making of cider, it is a very good apple guard and is consumed until March-April.
